Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

Professor Bhatia trained in Guy’s and St Thomas Hospitals, London. He specialises in foot and ankle surgery practising in Leicester treating both NHS and private patients. Prof. Bhatia is a Director of the British European Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Academy, a Member of the Council and  Scientific Committee, European Foot Ankle Society and a Member of the Education Committee of the British Orthopaedic Foot Ankle Society.

Judith Pitt-Brooke MCSP MSc Cert Ed
Chartered Physiotherapist

Judith has a broad experience in Musculoskeletal Medicine and in injury and ill health prevention. In 2016 she founded Bridge4 Studio – A Different Kind of Gym specialising in exercise and rehabilitation and helping those with chronic or age related conditions to improve fitness and physical wellbeing.

JD has diverse experience, working with a broad range of patients, sports players and athletes. He is an active athletic competitor and trainer and specialises in neurological rehabilitation. JD also has a particular interest in psychology and life coaching.

Mary Morris MSc (Exercise & Nutrition Science)
Fitness expert

Originally training as a PE teacher Mary then ran her own health club for 30 years. She was one of the founders of the RSA Exercise to Music qualification and was chief verifier for the RSA Examinations Board. Since 1994 Mary has worked with Rosemary as a Teacher Trainer, Fitness Consultant and Exercise Choreographer.  In 2021 they co-wrote The 28-Day Immunity Plan.
