Posture is one of the most obvous sigs of ageing and in this video Neuro-physiotherapist JD Hylton explains why medically, posture is so important. He demonstrates what happens to our spine when our posture deteriorates with age – and why it is vital that we make the effort toward correcting it!

Poor posture is ageing and if you have been working at home you may have adopted a more relaxed way of sitting and your posture might have suffered – but it’s not too late to do something about it.
